Summary
This study tests a new drug called denikitug, alone or with other medicines, in people with advanced colorectal cancer that is microsatellite stable (MSS). MSS tumors often don't respond to standard immunotherapy. The goal is to see if these combinations can shrink tumors or slow the disease. About 170 adults will take part in this phase 2 trial.
