Summary
This study tests a new drug called denikitug, alone or with other medicines, in people with advanced colorectal cancer that is microsatellite stable (MSS), a type that often doesn't respond to immunotherapy. About 170 participants will be randomly assigned to different treatment groups. The goal is to see if these combinations can shrink tumors and slow the disease.
