Summary
This study tests a new dengue vaccine in 127 healthy adults aged 18 to 59. Researchers want to see how safe the vaccine is and how the immune system responds, especially in people who have had dengue before. Participants receive one shot and are closely monitored for side effects and immune changes over 7 months.
