Summary
This study involves giving a weakened dengue virus to 5 healthy adults aged 21-45 in Singapore to safely study how the body fights the infection. The goal is to create a reliable model for testing future dengue vaccines and treatments. Participants will be closely monitored for safety and immune responses over three years.
