One shot, two shields? trial tests combined vaccines for Mosquito-Borne viruses

Summary
This study aims to see if giving the dengue and chikungunya vaccines at the same time is as safe and effective as giving them separately. It will involve 900 healthy adults aged 18-59 who have never had these viruses. Researchers will compare the body's immune response and any side effects between the two approaches.
