Two-for-One shot: trial tests combined protection against Mosquito-Borne viruses

Summary
This study aims to see if giving dengue and chikungunya vaccines together in one visit is as safe and effective as giving them separately. It will involve 900 healthy adults aged 18-59 who have never had either virus. Researchers will compare the immune response and side effects between the combined and separate vaccine groups.
