Summary
This study tests an online training program called DERA designed for community health workers. The goal is to see if the program improves their knowledge about Alzheimer's and related dementias, reduces stigma, and boosts their confidence in helping people affected by these conditions. About 100 health workers will take the training and complete surveys to measure the results.
