Summary
This study tests whether an online training program called DERA can improve how community health workers understand dementia, reduce stigma, and feel more confident helping people with Alzheimer's or related dementias. About 100 health workers will take the course and complete surveys. The goal is to see if better training leads to better support for families affected by dementia.
