Later scan could spot aggressive prostate cancer and cut unnecessary biopsies

Summary
This study looks at whether taking a PSMA PET scan 2-3 hours after the injection (instead of the usual 1 hour) can better find aggressive prostate cancer in men who haven't been treated yet. About 1,000 men with suspected prostate cancer will get both scans, and doctors will compare which one works best. The goal is to improve diagnosis and possibly help some men avoid a biopsy.
