This study surveys 3,000 members of the American Society of Anesthesiologists to understand their satisfaction with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) education. Participants include medical students, residents, and practicing anesthesiologists. The goal is to identify gaps in current training and develop better educational programs.
