Summary
This early-phase trial tests the safety of giving deferoxamine directly into the fluid around the brain and spine for people with leptomeningeal metastases (cancer spread to the lining of the brain). Researchers will find the best dose with the fewest side effects. About 35 adults with solid tumor cancers will participate.
