Summary
This study looks at whether deep friction massage can reduce muscle tightness in the thigh (quadriceps) of people who had a stroke 1 to 6 months ago. Researchers will compare standard physical therapy plus massage to standard therapy alone in 30 adults. The goal is to see if massage improves leg movement and walking ability.
