Summary
This study looks at whether adding deep friction massage to standard exercises can reduce pain and improve movement in people with bicipital tendinitis, a painful shoulder condition. About 42 adults aged 20 to 55 with long-lasting shoulder pain will receive either exercise alone or exercise plus massage. Researchers will measure pain, function, fear of movement, and quality of life over 12 weeks.
