Summary
This study looks at whether adding deep friction massage to standard exercises can reduce pain, improve movement, and boost quality of life for people with biceps tendonitis. Researchers will measure pain, function, fear of movement, and quality of life in 42 adults aged 20-55 who have had shoulder pain for over 3 months. The goal is to find a better way to manage this common overuse injury.
