Summary
This study tested whether a 6-month online mindfulness program could help adults with type 1 or type 2 diabetes lower their blood sugar and stress. About 309 people with high stress and uncontrolled diabetes took part. Half received mindfulness training, the other half stress management education. The goal was to see if mindfulness leads to better glucose control.
