Summary
This study tests a new treatment for people with B-cell Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma that has come back or not responded to standard therapy. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to target two proteins (CD19 and CD20) on cancer cells, and is primed with a drug called decitabine. The goal is to find the safest dose and see how well it controls the disease. About 33 participants will be enrolled.
