New hope for brain cancer patients: experimental combo targets glioblastoma

Summary
This study tests a new drug, Debio 0123, combined with standard chemotherapy (temozolomide) and sometimes radiation for adults with glioblastoma, a fast-growing brain tumor. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination helps people live longer. About 116 participants will be enrolled across two phases.
