NCT ID NCT07317154
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This early-stage study tests a custom-made vaccine for people with recurrent respiratory papillomatosis (RRP), a rare condition where non-cancerous throat tumors keep coming back. The vaccine is made from the patient's own immune cells and aims to train the body to fight the virus causing the tumors. The main goal is to check safety, but researchers will also see if the vaccine can reduce or clear the growths.
