NCT ID NCT05153369

First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study is testing a personalized approach to therapy for 60 youth (ages 13–23) who have bipolar disorder or a close family member with it. Instead of a one-size-fits-all treatment, participants receive different levels of DBT (a type of talk therapy) based on their needs. The goal is to see if matching therapy intensity to each person can improve symptoms and quality of life.
