Summary

This study tests a modified version of dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) for people with anxiety or depressive disorders. Researchers will enroll 250 adults across two medical centers and randomly assign them to receive the adapted DBT or standard care. The goal is to see if this therapy improves mood, reduces anxiety, and enhances quality of life.
