New hope for Hard-to-Treat gut cancers: first human trial launches

Summary

This study tests a new drug called DB-1324 in people with advanced stomach, bowel, or other gastrointestinal cancers that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 127 participants will take part in this early-phase trial.
