NCT ID NCT07264777
First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looked at whether taking a short nap (25 or 45 minutes) helps teenage soccer players perform better. Sixteen male players from a Turkish club completed agility and sprint tests after napping or staying awake. Results showed that napping improved agility and made players feel less tired, but did not help them resist fatigue during repeated sprints.
