Summary

This early-phase study tests a new drug called DAY301 in about 254 adults with advanced solid tumors (like ovarian, lung, or breast cancer) that have not responded to standard treatments. DAY301 is designed to deliver a toxin directly to cancer cells by targeting a protein called PTK7. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the drug can shrink tumors.
