Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called DAY301 in people with advanced solid tumors (like ovarian, lung, or breast cancer) that have not responded to standard treatments. DAY301 is designed to deliver a powerful chemotherapy directly to cancer cells that carry a specific marker (PTK7). The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 254 participants will take part.
