Summary
This study tested a special shampoo (Daxxin Psoriasis Shampoo) for people with moderate scalp psoriasis. 41 adults used the shampoo 3 to 7 times a week for 6 weeks. The goal was to see if the shampoo safely reduces redness, scaling, and thickness of the skin on the scalp.
