Summary
This study looks at whether eating 3 dates each day for 8 weeks can improve blood sugar control and reduce oxidative stress in people with well-controlled type 2 diabetes. Researchers will replace a carbohydrate portion in the diet with dates to see if it helps without raising blood sugar. The study involves 130 adults aged 18-65 who are on oral diabetes medication.
