Summary
This pilot study looks at whether the DASH diet, a heart-healthy eating plan, can help people with heart failure. Researchers will track the diets, blood pressure, and heart failure markers of 26 participants who receive nutrition counseling. The goal is to see if this diet can improve heart failure management.
