First seen Jan 17, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study tested whether dasatinib can help control chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in its early chronic phase. 150 adults with newly diagnosed CML took dasatinib, and researchers measured how many achieved a major molecular response at 12 months. The goal was to see if the drug can keep the disease in check, though ongoing treatment is typically needed.
