Summary
This study tested whether a pill called dasatinib could help control chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), a type of blood cancer. Seventeen patients who had previously received other treatments took the pill twice daily for as long as it helped them. Researchers monitored how the cancer responded and checked the drug's safety.
