Smart radiotherapy aims to cut cancer treatment side effects

Summary

This study tests a new way to give radiation for head and neck cancer. Instead of a fixed plan, the radiation is adjusted daily to match changes in the patient's body. The goal is to lower side effects like trouble swallowing and dry mouth. About 40 adults with throat or voice-box cancer will take part.
