First seen Apr 02, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of darolutamide, hormone therapy (ADT), and a lower dose of the chemotherapy drug docetaxel in men with metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (mHSPC). The goal is to see if this approach can keep PSA levels very low while reducing the harsh side effects of standard-dose docetaxel. About 109 men will take part in this single-arm trial.
