Summary

This study is for men with high-risk localized prostate cancer who plan to have their prostate removed. Before surgery, participants will receive darolutamide (a pill that blocks male hormones) plus standard hormone therapy for either 12 or 24 weeks. The goal is to see which treatment duration leads to fewer cancer cells remaining at surgery. About 250 men will take part, and the study will track cancer response and side effects for up to 2 years after surgery.
