Summary
This study tests whether daridorexant, a sleep medication, can improve both insomnia and depression symptoms in people with major depressive disorder. About 134 adults with stable depression and insomnia will receive either the drug or a placebo for three months. Researchers will track sleep quality and mood changes using questionnaires and overnight sleep tests.
