First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study looks at how long people with AL amyloidosis should continue taking daratumumab after their first treatment to keep the disease from coming back. About 96 adults who have already responded to initial daratumumab therapy will be randomly assigned to either a shorter or longer maintenance schedule. The goal is to see which approach leads to better survival and disease control.
