First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests if daratumumab can help people with a rare kidney disease called PGNMID, where abnormal proteins damage the kidneys. About 40 adults with confirmed PGNMID and significant protein in their urine will receive the drug and be monitored for safety and effectiveness over 12 months.
