First seen Feb 03, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of four drugs (daratumumab, carfilzomib, lenalidomide, and dexamethasone) in 39 adults newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a blood cancer. The goal is to see how many patients achieve a complete or very deep response after initial treatment. While multiple myeloma is not considered curable, this approach aims to control the disease more effectively.
