First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study looked at whether adding sildenafil to the standard drug dapagliflozin helps heart failure patients who also have high blood pressure in their lungs. 100 people with mild heart failure took part. The goal was to see if the combination improved heart pumping strength and lowered lung blood pressure better than dapagliflozin alone.
