Massive study launched to track Real-World results of common diabetes drug

Summary
This study aims to observe how well the medication dapagliflozin works for controlling both blood sugar and blood pressure in people with type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. It will follow 9,000 patients who are already prescribed this medication in their regular care. The goal is to gather real-world information on how effective and safe the treatment is over time.
