Summary
This study is observing how well the medication dapagliflozin works for people who have both type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. It will follow 9,000 patients in real-world settings to see how effectively it controls their blood sugar and blood pressure, and to monitor for any side effects. This is an observational study, meaning researchers are watching and recording results from patients already prescribed this medication by their doctors.
