Could this drug clear long COVID brain fog?

Summary
This study tests a medicine called DAOIB to see if it can help with memory and thinking problems caused by long COVID. About 40 adults with long COVID and brain fog will take DAOIB for 24 weeks. Researchers will check their thinking skills, mood, and quality of life every 8 weeks to see if the treatment helps.
