Summary
This study tests whether Danhong injection, a traditional Chinese medicine, can help repair heart damage caused by sepsis. Researchers will give either the injection or a placebo to 140 adults with sepsis-related heart problems. They will measure heart function over 7 days and track survival at 28 days to see if the treatment works.
