Summary

This study tests whether Danhong injection, a traditional Chinese medicine, can protect the heart in people with sepsis. Researchers will give the injection or a placebo to 140 patients with sepsis-related heart injury and measure heart function over 7 days, plus survival at 28 days. The goal is to see if this treatment can reduce heart damage and improve outcomes.
