Dance your way to better lungs: new study tests rehab with rhythm

Summary
This study compares standard pulmonary rehabilitation to a dance-based program for people with COPD. About 44 adults over 40 will take part in 8 weeks of twice-weekly sessions. Researchers will measure exercise capacity, muscle strength, and quality of life to see if dancing offers extra benefits.
