Can dance help heal the Brain-Body connection?

NCT ID NCT07378488

Summary

This study is exploring whether structured dance and movement therapy is a practical and helpful approach for people with functional neurological disorder (FND). Researchers will test the therapy with 30 participants to see if it's easy to follow and acceptable, and to check if it might help improve trust in the body, reduce symptoms like tremors or weakness, and boost overall wellbeing. The dance therapy will be compared to a standard physical exercise program.
