Summary
This study looked at whether adding elastic band exercises to waltz dancing could help improve cholesterol levels in women aged 45-65 with dyslipidemia (abnormal blood fats). Sixty women took part in a 12-week program with supervised sessions three times a week. The goal was to see if this fun exercise mix could lower bad cholesterol and raise good cholesterol better than no exercise.
