Summary

This study looked at whether adding elastic band exercises to waltz dancing can help improve cholesterol levels in women aged 45-65 with dyslipidemia (abnormal blood fats). Sixty women completed a 12-week program of supervised dance and resistance training. Researchers measured changes in cholesterol and other health markers before and after the program.
