Summary
This study looks at whether a dance program can help adults aged 50 and older stay physically and emotionally healthy. About 110 healthy volunteers will either take dance classes, do general exercise, or continue their normal routine. Researchers will measure changes in fitness, mood, sleep, and thinking skills to see if dancing offers unique benefits for healthy aging.
