Summary
This study tests whether a 3-month dance program plus personalized nutrition can improve health in obese breast cancer survivors who have finished treatment. Forty women will either join the dance and diet group or continue their usual routine. Researchers will measure changes in body fat, fitness, gut health, and quality of life. The goal is to find a fun, effective way to support long-term health after breast cancer.
