First seen May 07, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a fun, music-based dance program can help older adults with mild memory or thinking problems improve their mental focus and physical abilities. About 50 people aged 55 and older with early signs of cognitive decline will take part. The dance routine is simple and designed to combine music, rhythm, and movement to challenge both the brain and body at the same time.
