Waltzing your way to better cholesterol?
NCT ID NCT06985550
Summary
This study tested whether a 12-week exercise program combining waltz dance and elastic band resistance training could improve cholesterol levels and overall health in women aged 45-65 with high cholesterol. Researchers compared 60 women who did the exercise program three times a week to a group that did not exercise. The goal was to see if this fun, combined workout could lower 'bad' cholesterol, improve body composition, and boost heart health, balance, and mood.
